Annual General Meeting
Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 28 May 2026 at 6pm at the Westside Hotel.
Nominations for the Executive/Board to be voted on at the AGM include:
· President
· Vice President – Hearings Officer
· Secretary
If you wish to nominate for one of these positions, please complete the form below:
Nominations for the Executive positions are due by 5pm, Thursday 21 May 2026.
Nominations for the General Committee position will be appointed by the Executive/Board at the next general meeting following the AGM. A list of the positions is available at the link below.

Nominations for the General Committee positions are due by 5pm, 30 May 2026.
*Teams playing in the winter mixed or men's competition can earn three (3) bonus points if two registered players attend the AGM. Players must sign an attendance sheet on the night.
